I want to be skinny so bad
What interests me... Passions...I love to garden, I love plants and tending to them. I call gardening "dirt therapy",or exercise but for me it is truly a form of meditation, I forget time, I forget worries, that is one something in my life that keeps me "in the moment". I love to research and study most anything and everything on the computer, love to learn. People interest me...I love to observe people, listen to them, try to figure them out, people facinate me. I work so much that I don't really have the time to get out much so that interest is just that. Simple things interest me, for example...if I'm taking a walk and find a really cool rock or a piece of driftwood, I feel I have found a treasure. :o) I'm goofy. I love to garage sale, look at antiques, I like thrift stores, I am always looking for that unique "something" and I usually find it and that makes my day. When I feel sad buying anything even from the thrift store makes me happy. I love to look at art, read poetry, quotes etc. I love old flower books to to help me with my garden...flowers are..sooo relaxing and yet has that little edge of anticipation to it lol I think I could live in the middle of no where and be just fine or in a busy city and find it an adventure. I love adventure and simple pleasures. I like to watch action movies, as well as CSI, Law and order and judge Judy is pretty interesting. I also like romantic movies like Pretty woman with Julia Roberts. I like Mel Gibson he is so sexy in his movies. I Like Richard Gear and men with accents is soooo sexy. I work i a manufacting plant in which I have been in Quality for over 15 years and have decided to further my knowledge and try something new and now for the past 5 weeks I have been in the material department ordering stock for production and boy am I a busy girl for sure. I have a husband who I have been with for over 18 years and he is a good man for sure he is a "KEEPER". We just got married September 28th, 2007 after all these years. I have two boys from my previous marriage Brandon (28)and Bryce (20) they both are still at home and my oldest may never leave me. I am hoping a girl will come along and he will fall in love LOL. My youngest is a go getter so he will be just fine. I have my baby miniture pommeranean (Bruster) who I love and he is 11 years old and I do not know what I will ever do without him. I also have (Rosie)she is my cat who I have had 12 years and she is lazy. TOO FUNNY!! I will be back later to tell you more about me. Thanks for visiting MY SPARK LBlonde65

That would make me the happiest and I would feel so much better.
My goal is at least to be 112 but 105 would even be better. LOL
I am 30 pounds over weight and calling today day one of induction
I do workout everyday since April 20th
I have been doing 60 minutes of Cardio at the YMCA and also 30 minutes of weights daily. Within the past 6 months I have missed about 13 days due to holidays and vacations.
I have been doing this faithfully and not one pound lost.
Not one pound gained either but it is very discouraging.
My weight is all in the stomach area and yes I do the abdominal machine everyday and nothing.
I think The atkins is the only way to get me back down. The last time I did atkins I lost 26 pounds but that was staying under 20 carbs.
Hello I am 49 with two boys ages 34 and 26. Yes I started young LOL I live in Michigan and do Quality assurance at an automotive plant. I am divorced and have been with my husband now going on 26 years
I Go to the YMCA daily and work out 1.5 hours a day. 60 minutes cardio and the other 30 is weights.

Hi. I'm not really a blogger, this site has kinda brought out the inner dreaded facebooker in me.....so...Um, I was thinking of getting some kinda of abdominal thingy too, any tips on a good one? There are so many out there. And yeah, me, too, my stomach is my worst aspect....really its a disaster with the consistency of a jelly roll and a waterbed. I was always in shape (wow, this is becoming a Dr. Phil moment) and was a walking muscle thru out my life. Then got an intestional parasite, and added the hate to exercise, yeah, yeah, yeah to all you haters of me saying that, but its true, I haven't found a program I like, and I'm super discouraged b/c I've been such a quitter. Anyway, let me know if you've got any advice on Atkins, cuz even though I've done this several times, this one is the worst with carb flu. Any tips you want on this, I do feel like I'm a pseudo expert on pitfalls. Ok, thats it! Good luck.
