My name is Lee and I am a final year Sport and Exercise Science student at the University of Portsmouth, as such I have a pretty good knowledge of exercise interventions, nutrition and general health behaviours but sometimes lack the motivation to apply this knowledge. My name is Lee and I am a final year Sport and Exercise Science student at the University of Portsmouth, as such I have a pretty good knowledge of exercise interventions, nutrition and general health behaviours but sometimes lack the motivation to apply this knowledge. I was always sporty as a young lad and enjoyed playing football a lot but during my first year at uni I badly injured my ankle, which wasn't treated properly and resulted in repeated chronic ankle sprains for over a year. As a result of this I quit sport and fell into bad habits, and here I am 15 kilos heavier and nowhere near physically fit. My aim is to drop back down to 75-80 kg and regain enough fitness to partake in sports again.
