My Goals:
1. to get back to my pre-baby weight (17 years later) of 130...will settle for 135 and gain more muscle!

2. wear boots

3. wear a bathing suit in public without feeling embarrassed

4. have more energy to keep my house clean and do things with my family

My Program:
exercise 30 min. 4 x week and do weight training 2 x week

Thanks for your comment on my posting/blog.

There's a No S Diet SP Team if you're interested. I just found out about NO S recently, but I've already implemented a number of the ideas and they really clicked with me. Different things work for different people, so no promises, but it's worth checking out if you're a 'started/stopper' like me.

I usually never spend to much there. At Aldis and come away with a lot. Also once a month we hit the Agape Food Pantry. It really helps us out. The know I have to check labels since the sugar issue started and they let me take my time to check every label.....add in they are a nice bunch of people who volunteer there...

The flavor of a pot of beans can be greatly enhanced by onions, celery, and a bit of ham.... and chili powder does wonders as well! emoticon

I think there is a pool about two miles from our new house but I haven't been able to find out if it has a gym or how much it costs. Maybe DH and I can swing by this afternoon when we go out to the building site. I'm also thinkging about using next year's gym fee to buy a Spinning bike for the house.
