1. to get back to my pre-baby weight (17 years later) of 130...will settle for 135 and gain more muscle!

2. wear boots

3. wear a bathing suit in public without feeling embarrassed

4. have more energy to keep my house clean and do things with my family

My Program:
exercise 30 min. 4 x week and do weight training 2 x week

Thanks for the cheering; I need it this week!

Apparently vodka and baking soda helps to get all of the gunk off of your scalp - build up from shampoo & conditioner and all that. Other than smelling like a bar, it actually worked pretty well. I mixed it, rubbed it into my scalp, and let it sit for 10 minutes before showering & washing my hair normally.
