Hello, I am Lauren, 30. I have been gaining and losing weight my entire life. Most notably I lost 60 lb in college, 30 lb in 2008, and 38 lb in 2011. Had I kept the weight off, I would be at my goal weight now, but here I am starting over again from a new record high.

Every passing moment is another chance to turn it all around.

My Goals:
1. Lose 141 lb at an average rate of 2 lb per week.

2. Compete in a sprint distance triathlon.

3. Run a marathon (I don't like to admit this one because it seems so impossible from where I'm at right now).

My Program:
Maximum fruit and vegetables, minimal processed food, lots of water, and exercise whenever possible.

No, I'm with you on the scale thing. Lately, I've been jumping on the scale scared to death of what I'm going to see. Then jump off immediately...like I did today...and am lucky if I can remember any of it. I guess at least I weighed in. As you can probably tell I haven't been recording my weight everyday anymore. I had been everyday since September and all of the sudden I stopped. I suppose your motivation stops when you jump up 15 lbs in two weeks.

I've been struggling like crazy this round. I don't know what's different this time. I'm lucky if I can make it a full day without cheating. And all my cheating is doing for me is leading to rapid weight gain. I did good two days this week finally and yesterday ate puppy chow, pizza, and almost a full container of cookie dough from papa murphy's. It is SO frustrating!!! I would like to get to 210 by Jen's wedding, so my dress will fit!! I think our weight goals are definitely doable if we can just stick to the f-ing plan. emoticon We can do this!!!

Hey! Just check in on you. Getting back into the swing of things? The scale started to steadily move down again which is nice to see. Just a bummer, when I was so far to sky rocket back up. I won't be losing any 30+ pounds this round. Pooh!
