A New Beginning...again!

I lost 140 pounds, and found more than half of them again! I want to get healthy and fit, and decided to start here.

emoticon So wonderful to see you as THE MOTIVATOR OF THE DAY.

I recommend reading Judith Beck's book " The BECK Diet Solution" as she teaches how to THINK like a THIN person. It isn't a diet, but how to deal with your sabotaging thoughts. (I got a copy at the library.) Keeping weight off is the hardest part, and she gives lots of help with how to STAY slim. She's done it for 20 years following her own teachings.
