I am 57 this year. I had started losing weight and toning my muscles, but I have had some major set backs. My Mother had lived with us for 4.5 years. She came in sad shape. While some areas got better the things she done to lose so much of her life have taken a toll and she is now bed ridden and dependant on us to do everything for her. She recently was given a terminal diagnosis. She is expected to live about 3-4 months longer. This has effected me deeply. I lost my job while FMLA. The store I worked at closed it doors and the local locations were sold to another vendor. There are many things that require my full attention. I have not been caring for me. I watch my Mom's health start to spiral out of control. I was up and at her side day and night. We got her back on track or as good as we can expect for her. I have learned many things from my Mother being with me in her golden days than I knew about myself before. Am here again trying to get this part of my life back for me to work with before I can't reclaim health. Thanks for sharing the journey. Wish me luck as I try to build up strengthen and muscles.

My Goals:
As of today My heaviest weight was 263, size 24. Now at 211, sizes 16-18.
Short term goal is to fall under199.
Mid goal is to drop to as close to 150, as lo g as it looks healthy.
Long term goal is to maintain this for life.


My Program:
Eating healthier with smaller portions. Starting an exercise routine and continually increase my activity. Track my daily progress. I have already started bicycling.



Personal Information:
Born in Dallas, TX. May 1961. Married to Joe B. 20 yrs. Moved to San Antonio TX in 2001. Had our daughter, Marilyn age12. Mom lives with us since 2013. Patsy (Mom) is unable to care for herself after strokes. This is my 3rd time to use SP. My heaviest weight was 263, size 24. Now at 211, sizes 16-18.
