I created this profile 2 years ago, and here I am..weighing the same. But over the past few weeks, I have felt my food addiction subside, and I have been counting calories and exhibiting moderate levels of self control for the first time ever. As I saw my Profile Name : LazyG33, I realized that this is it!!! This is the year! I turn 33 this year! 33 is going to be the birthday that I remember as the one where I finally lost the weight.
April 2010 - I have lost 12 pounds and kept it off. I am ready to tackle the next 10! :) I posted a new pic - don't i look great!?

Fitness Minutes: 1,425

My Goals:
I would like to eat clean, whole foods to fuel my body, and keep it up until it becomes a lifestyle. I want to be active with my husband and daughter everyday, in order for this to be our family's lifestyle.


My Program:
I am using sparkpeople to track calories, 1200-1500 a day.
45 minutes of cardio 4 days a week.
weight training 5 days a week.



Personal Information:
I am married, 32 years old with a 5year old daughter. I have struggled with a food addiction for as long as I can remember. I have managed to stay under 200 pounds by purging, using pills, and periodically dieting. Over the past year, I have gotten tired of the mental stress and energy that it requires for me to keep this addiction alive. I want to regain control, and feel like something has finally lifted. I am no longer in denial about how fat I really am. And eating responsibly doesnt feel so hard. I guess I am ready to move on from this long sad chapter in my life. It feels nice and peaceful.

    ohmygosh! Girl, you do not look 33. Not even close. Thanks for the compliment!! I hope that I can do this, I started 2 weeks ago, but exam week was horrible and I had no time to grocery shop and I ate horribly and did not workout whatsoever! I started again trying today though..I have decided to make the first 3 things I eat everyday to be vegetables haha. Cause I'm always all for healthiness in the morning but when the evening rolls around vegetables just seem less appealing...haha, so I'm going to get it out of the way. And since breakfast is my favorite foods, I'm going to have that last. My theory is, this will work. I hope. Haha, good luck!! especially over the holidays!
