My Program:
No more than 1600 cals a day.

45 min of excerise per day, min.

Yoga, Tae Chi, and Tae Bo, daily if I can.

Walk atleast 1 mile every day (out of the norm).

Only healthy snacks, NO MORE JUNK FOOD!

NO Fast FOOD - cook meals myself.
