Hi, I'm Vicky. I'm 24, turning 25 this year, and I work in laboratory sales, traveling about twice a month. I can be a bit boring while talking about myself, but I like hearing about other people. Welcome to my page :) I've been heavy consistently (as in while not going through growth spurts) since high school, mostly due to using food as a coping mechanism for emotional distress. I'm hoping to change that by using a combination of SparkPeople and therapy. Although I'm considered obese, I'm fairly active. I've been working out at least 4x/week for about a year (but didn't lose any weight :/) as well as completing a sprint-distance triathlon in July! I feel like I have the "exercise" down, I just need to adjust my eating habits!

My favorite cake is carrot cake :) I also really like pasta and cheese.
