I just wanted to give you some encouragement as week 2 begins. Don't worry about your weigh-in last week. You participated and were active and in the end that is all that matters! Weight can be a jerk sometimes, but don't let it get to you! You can so do this, and you've already made a great start by joining a challenge! Keep up the good work and hit it hard this week girl!
My Wednesday is going well, it is kinda nasty weather here today! I am very tired as well, I get up very early in the mornings to get our lunches made, dogs fed and me off to the gym before work.
Ready to get home to relax a little, jump rope, play fetch with the pups, cook dinner and watch the World Series!
