Make everyday count

I learned from personal experience that your life can change in a second. So I am now making everyday count. I want to end my days knowing that I did my best for myself, my family, my friends and job. I want to let go of imagines of myself from the past and focus on what I can be. I am determined to run a 1/2 marathon this year and if I like it run a second one!
So like many of you, I am putting my 2010 goals in writting
1) run a 1/2 marathon
2) let go of PT and start ...

2) let go of PT and start training on my own (p90x)
3)I know I will never have pencil thin legs but I will come damn close!
4) lower my bodyfat
5) enjoy this journey

Thanks so much! My fave pic is of me and my girls and the tshirts they are all wearing! Doing it, Strong is the new beautiful! and my oldest made one for the comp that says Get Swole on the front and That's My Mom! on the back. Reinforces the positive messages they are getting from this!

I continuously try to remind myself of that. My body is healthy, not sickly and i have to conquer those mental images of him vs. me. Thank you so much for your support, again!!

I've never used :30/:30 intervals before. But Cindy is on our CAMO team, she's the leader of the Jeff Galloway team. She's been Amazingly inspirational about the whole run/walk thing. My splits are getting better than just plain running and I'm not wiped afterward! (a bad thing with the stupid MS.)
