Welcome! I'm making a complete lifestyle change so I joined SP to motivate myself. Right now, I'm probably about 6', 200 pounds, and want to lose about 20 pounds. Although I dont have much weight to lose, I generally feel very unhealthy,run-down, etc. So rather than sit around and feel sorry for myself, I'm going to do something about it. Here is the plan: Exercise: P90X, Swimming, Running Diet: Eat extremely clean. Fresh veggie/fruit juicing 2X/day. Eat approximately 2,000 calories(Although I will not count calories. I refuse!) Supplements/Vitamins: Quality liquid multivitamin w/ trace minerals, Barleans Omega Man, Carlson's liquid fish oil, Whey protein, Green Cuisine Powder. So excited to see what happens to my mind/body. Ill share the adventure with yall.
