Finally Just Going to Do it!
I have been overweight since I was seven years old, and I always thought the only thing it bothered was my self esteem. But I am only in my early twenties and I am always exhausted, have sore joints, and have fallen into the obese category. I have to make a change before I get diabetes, and to hopefully help some of my asthma and back problems. I am a severe asthmatic, and would like to be less dependent on steroids and my albuterol inhaler!
