Thanks for being so open and honest. How did the festive season go for you this year. We had three deaths in the family in 2014 and it made Christmas a bit of a challenge. Fortunately we chose to have a nice quiet one here in the UK. Fortunately the antidepressants are working well so we did manage some cheer as well as rest. All the very best jO 527 days ago

My name is brenda. I also have bed..and arthritis in knees. I found your story inspiring and added you as a friend. I am working on the bed with therapist. I lost my mom 6 years ago this march and i still grieve but i also have come to tell myself she would want me to benge because of her. One day at a time one step at a time one mouthful at a time. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for your open sharing on your spark page. I want to be in your cheering corner. We have some things in common. I too am a worship leader on our praise team. I have been a full time wife and mother for 29 years and soon my youngest child will graduate High School . Then my job will be finished and I will be seeking what work the Lord would have for me next. I've spent all my adult life except a brief time just prior to major surgery obese. I've been an emotional eater. Looking to God to help me feel those feelings and work through them rather than eat them down. God's Grace and blessings to you. Hope 904 days ago
