Recently graduated from college, and somehow gained the freshman 15 .. every year. :o) I love being active, mostly by swimming and playing tennis. I also love going to the gym.. but I've found that I lately have such a lack of energy. Combined with working up to 50 hours a week on my feet, and I have no energy to work out ever. If you have any tips or encouragement, feel free to share!
