Hope I don't sound like a dork but I'm new at this too and I'm really not sure if I should be responding on my page or yours...
Don't worry about not responding sooner.
I work in front of a computer all day so it's a hit and miss when I log on at home. So... on that note if I'm ever tardy responding it could very well be that I haven't had a chance to log on in a while.
I do several classes at St Greg's.
MWF I do Body Pump (weightlifing) from 7 - 8 AM before I go to work. MTR Mom and I do Water Aerobics from 6-7 in the evening. On Tues/Thurs I change as fast as I can and go to Zumba from 7-8. Also Zumba some Saturdays - the weekend is not a set schedule.
They also have a Zumba toning class on Wed night but I have church that night.
I haven't tried Pilates, Kickboxing, Spinning - they fall into same time frame as water aerobics and for me that class takes priority as it is the only one my Mom can fully participate in due to physical limitations.
I've made it to Step Aerobics once - it's a great class, high energy. It's just Monday I go to Water Aerobics and it's at 5:30 on Wed and I really have to hurry around to get home and get back in time.
Classes during the day but I only know part of those schedules as I'm usually at work.
You can join me as a guest for the first visit if you'd like to check out the facilities. They're not as new as OBU or the Y but they're significantly cheaper and I like the people in my classes.
Having a Zumbathon April 23 from 10 am to 1 pm but it's a separate event and cost is $20 if prepaid (by April 15th) $25 after that.
I don't know what you're schedule is during the day and where you're at then, but I work in Shawnee and always walk on my lunch break if you'd like to get together then sometime?
Have a wonderful evening! Talk to you later. 2201 days ago
