When you have something in your life you know needs to change & you don't change it, then you die a little each day, each day has time that is thrown away, that you'll never get back that could have been spent happier. This is the same for losing weight! Each time you can't do something because of your weight & how it affects your energy & healthy is time thrown in the trash because you didn't do what it takes to become healthy! This is the same for losing weight! Each time you can't do something because of your weight & how it affects your energy & healthy is time thrown in the trash because you didn't do what it takes to become healthy! "If we take care of the inches we will not have to worry about the miles" ~Hartley Coleridge. The person who says it can't be done is always interrupted by the person who just did it!!!! Though I support overweight people, choices, etc., I've had the opportunity to begin to learn how being overweight often causes so many health problems. According to a class I took, it's actually worse than smoking or drinking in excess. Well, I never allowed myself to do either, & when I learned this, I knew it was a turning point for me. So, though I think prejudices against fat people, or anyone is wrong, I do understand more clearly now the health problems & am working to be more fit & healthy!
Someone informed me that our body is 98% completely new in one year, & by that I mean, blood, skin, bones, 98% of our body is new each year! This means that we really can have a new body, we really can become healthy & leave behind the old health problems!

05/2011 GOALS:
Ok, new day, new goals, time to face the music that I'm slacking & get back to it.

#1. My only goal is to exercise EVERY DAY & stretch, if I can accomplish this, it'll be a feat!!!!!

I plan to meditate the good I want to happen in my life & visualize that while I'm stretching.

I have been weighing every day & will continue, because it makes me conscience of it. I want to get back to concentrating on losing 1 pound a week!

Personal Information:
Goals are ever changing, it's an important part of life & growth. I'm not in college, & I'm not looking for a house. College was incredible, but difficult, if I go back, I will be much more prepared. Looking for a house with my income was a dream, & I realized that having an apartment that you don't have to pay to fix is a blessing. I do have goals & I am taking action.


Other Information:
I have endometriosis, & am doing much better since I researched out endometriosis diet. See my blog & if you want, feel free to mail me.
I've had back surgery & am exercising every day.
I am a recovering food addict.
I am a overcoming fear of pain & laziness.
I am accomplishing a lot!!
