My Goals:
Lose about 40 pounds in a healthy permanent way.

My Program:
I started changing my habits about three years ago, first by starting to understand about food, then exercise, then the emotional side of all of it combined. Today I am 20 pounds lighter, have more tone and have shifted to a healthier lifestyle regarding foods, (but I still love to eat all the wrong things, but very limited). I exercise 4 to 5 days a week and am gettng stronger. I am learning to like my body for what it is right now.

Hi & best wishes for the new year yo you. I agree that the occasional pastry isn't all that bad but for me it tends to lead to going for more so it's best if I stay away from then altogether
