I lost the first 50 pounds very quickly and 30 more after going vegan. I''ve avoided all meat and dairy products for about five years now, and I feel great! I''ve been maintaining 190 pounds for over two years. I''d like to burn another 20-30 pounds and build some muscle. I wrote an essay that is now featured in SparkPeople''s motivational articles section! I have it listed under my favorites if you want to check it out. :)
