My Goals:
I would like to lower my blood pressure and lower my cholestrrol - both run in my family. UPDATE-lowered my cholesterol to 185!!! Quit Smoking and stay smoke free. -Update - I quit smoking!!! I haven't had a smoke since 9/17/09!! Update - I have lowered by blood pressure and now take 1/2 dose of the meds I am required to take! Lose weight and look good!
My Program:
I am eating small portions throughout the day which include more fruits and vegs. I am starting to workout at home 3-4 days per week. I have doing a kettlebell training dvd 3 days a week and biking riding on my off days. I have been sticking to my calorie range. Slow but steady this is about lifestyle!
Other Information:
1 Cor 6:12 Everything is permissible for me - but not everything is beneficial. Everything is permissible for me - but I will not be mastered by anything.
