losing weight 5% at a time

My overall goal is far too intimidating so I am breaking it up into chunks. I have over 50% of my body weight to lose in order for me to become healthy. My main goal right now is to become healthy for my family. That includes myself first and foremost, my husband, my daughter and my future child(ren). With health I know I will also get a good self body image and more energy so it's kind of like a deluxe package :)
