Okay I started in July lost 7 up 2 and now holding at 180. Tomorrow will be bad, but I swear it is junk food detox on Wednesday.

Have a very sparky day and keep exercising. This is long term you can do it.

Just thought I'd stop by and say you can do anything you put your mind to! Just give yourself props every step of the way and if you fall off track don't get down and be hard on yourself. Everyone waivers at times just get back on the trail to a happy healthy life and love yourself every step of the way!!
