My Goals:
Weigh in at 118 (but this changes from 120-118 depending on hoe I'm feeling). 34-25-34 and 19.5 thighs.
My Program:
No dairy, no grains (except flax seed), no fats (except flax seed oil and olive oil), red meat only very rarely, no pork, no sugar, no alcohol, limited caffeine. LOts of fruit and vegetables and lean protein. Try to avoid anything processed. Run/walk 5 times per week (a hard one).
Other Information:
Been up and down between 120 and 150 my entire life. As high as 160 once and as low as 107 once.
