It's now or never! I've hit my mid 30's and my doctor has said now is the time to adjust my lifestyle as a retired athlete. Since I stopped competitive figure skating, 30 pounds snuck up on me. Now to work it off at a diffent age and time in my life, it's a whole other program!

~ I am healthy, but my goal is to get extra fit, firm, and fabulous to enjoy all of my activities that my husband and I share- surfing, scuba diving, running, traveling, etc!
Organic, vitamins, fruits, veggies, lean proteins, good fats, and I drink my water!
At least 45-60 min of any exercise a day.
8+ hours of sleep a night, 1 full day off a week from exercise.
