Hey! A 5K? Good for you. HAving a goal is a great idea.

I just read that a family camp I"m going to at the end of July is having a 5k and 10k funrun. I am almost tempted to try it, since I doubt I would do it anywhere else.

Keep posting what you are doing to prepare. I'm interested.

Hi Lauren,

Glad to hear that it's warming up in Ontario! It's warming up in Cleveland too. I hope to do some virtual/real walking on Saturday. It's good to get outside!

I just joined SP in late December. It's a pretty neat resource. I find it motivating to be able to track my progress in such a visual way.

Hope all your fitness dreams come true!
