My Fitness Journey

I believe that the human body is capable of so much more than we give it credit for. Every human should train like an athlete; not for a sport but for a life well lived. This is my goal. I want to turn my body into a vessel of energy and have that "spark". I want to be able to run a 5k without being overly winded... just because I wanted to. I want to be the best me I can be.

That sucks about your ankle. You could do a move of your choice or an altered move with you sitting on a chair for some. I think kiwismom95 alters a lot of the wrk outs as well. I am doing great.. just struggling to get a wrk out in when my dh is home from work. The hours in the eve go by so quickly and then it is time to put the baby to sleep. I got my punch card for Gold's. Lets hope I will be able to use this card in the fall. Have a great day.
