taking back control

I lost 25 pounds from march to july and felt great but i have gained 6 back, its not that much... but it will accumulate and get worse if i dont do something about it now!
any recipes, fitness exercises, etc would be a great help

My Goals:
-Lose 10 pounds by February
-Eat good and feel healthy
-Work out for at least 45 minutes a day
-Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
-Get fit and be toned
-Gain self confidence


My Program:
To reach my goals, I am not eating out as much (if at all), eating healthier (comment with food/recipe ideas), and excercing a lot more.

First of all I want to tell you your page looks so cool. I love these colors together. I have seen so many sp pages and I have never seen these two colors together. I really like it! emoticon I have a suggestion for you. Go to our team, can't o this alone and ask people for ideas for exercise, tips. stuff that you are asking on your page. Our team will really reply and give you great ideas. All you have to do is write a thread. One thing that I know will work is lifting weights. It helps you burn more calories with each layer of muscle. I love weighting weights, it really works. You have to be consistent- just like anything else. Two to three times a week, with one day to rest your muscles in between. You can still do cardio though the next day. This web site has an exercise tracker, that keeps track of the calories that you burn. If you have any questions about how to use it just e-mail me.
