Getting rid of the excuses, getting back to me!

I am taking responsibility for getting myself to where I need to be by making a lifestyle change to think about food differently and exercise consistently. I think returning to that way of thinking, meeting with my Meetup group regularly, and checking in with SparkPeople, I can get to where I want to be by this time next year (Winter 2014)! Plus, I have a few milestone points along the way (see below).
