You are better than you think you are and can do more than you know!

I'm 28 years old and probably very similar to a lot of people on here, but I guess everyone has their story! I've been able to accomplish every goal I've ever set for myself, except losing the weight. I've been overweight for as long as I can remember. I'm out of excuses...and there's really no excuse good enough for an otherwise healthy person to weigh as much as I do. I finally broke out the scale on May 29th, 2011 and weighed in at whoppin 308.8lbs. When I lose exactly half my starting ...

I've been able to accomplish every goal I've ever set for myself, except losing the weight. I've been overweight for as long as I can remember. I'm out of excuses...and there's really no excuse good enough for an otherwise healthy person to weigh as much as I do. I finally broke out the scale on May 29th, 2011 and weighed in at whoppin 308.8lbs. When I lose exactly half my starting weight (154lbs), I'll finally be at a "healthy weight."


I lost 100+ pounds with my first round of Spark, but let stressful relationships get the best of me and gained a lot back.

I'm starting again at 70lbs down, 85+ to go!


Longterm Goals:
247 - No longer 'morbidly obese' (met October 2011 & again November 2014)
185 - No longer 'obese'
154 - No longer overweight - Healthy weight!

Progress:
Starting Again 1/12/14 - 237.6 lbs

-break up with my main squeeze Pizza Hut
-8 cups of water/day
-some form of exercise 60-90minutes, 6 days/week
-track ALL food
-strict 1500 calories a day

I wish I could stick to 2500 calories a day, how do you maintain 1500? I would suffer too much....
