Thanks for the comment.I've been in Malaysia for 15+ years and everytime an earthquake hit Sri Lanka or Indonesia we feel the tremors here.Had one just last week even. But the bad one that caused the Tsunami was felt stonger but Thanks to God my family lives in off the coast more and to the other side some so we didn't get hit by the Tsunami and only some light shaking from th earthquake. Thanks for your concern.Good luck on your exercise and keep in touch.

Thanks for the comment of support on my page. While I don't think 53 is old (that's only 10 more than I am)I do think you should get into weight training at a weight that is comfortable and start slow.I know since I got my dumbells I can't not use them during my workouts though many of the exercises can be done with body weight only. They say that weight training helps to tone and tighten the skin that gets flabby when you lose the fat.But remember to take it slow and don't over do it.Gradually add weight or sets to increase intensity.Good luck.

Thanks for your comments on my page.Good luck to you as well. And while I don't think 53 is old(that's only 10 more than me) I do think you should start weight traing light and at your own pace.I started with home made 1kg dumb-bells but as soon as I had enough m0ney I bought some real ones. They're 8 lbs each and it was quite a jump in weight but now I find it difficult not using them with my workouts. It feels great. As you lose weight it helps to keep from getting too flabby in the skin. They say it helps tone and tighten the skin thats left hanging when the fat's gone.Good luck but don't over do it.
