    SO GLAD You got OFF the keto diet. Any "diet" in itself I am BY FAR AGAINST because the word "DIET" means you can't have things you body likely needs (not the junk food of course, we all know to NOT overload on it,,, a little bit here and there,,, hey that helps to NOT later on grab 10 candy bars and WOOF THEM ON DOWN!).

    CONGRATS on going by the SPARKS guideline. Today there's on article on our SPARKPAGE as we sign on to do with carbs. They ARE good for us, which kinds? Take a read.
