Good morning and a Happy healthy Tuesday to you;
The 1st thing I do in the morning is full a 32 oz bottle with water and drink it thru out the morning before I leave for work. I usually have and egg or 2 for breakfast and some fruit. Lunch is bit size foods like sliced cucumbers, a serving size of hummus, maybe some mini pretzels, or turkey wrapped in a lettuce leaf with a slice of hard cheese usually reduced fat, or a yogurt parfait I make with greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of granola and fresh fruit. I also take 1/4 cup of nuts.At work I have a large container of water by my side and drink that thru out the day as well. Dinner is always protein and veggies with occasionally a sweet potato. I noticed you introduced yourself on the Clean Team. I also have ADD and struggle getting things done. I just joined the team myself. I used to write long to-do lists that never got done. I finally decided to limit my list to 3-5 things depending on how long each one takes. It helps. 104 days ago
