My first goal is just overall better health. With that being said, I am a huge fitness junkie and never have issues working out or going to the gym. My true issues are with eating the right foods, and I am hoping useing SparkPeople will allow me to make better choices in that area and drop the final 35 pounds that I am looking to lose!
Currently, I am on a 1200-1400 calorie diet (depending on how much I workout each day).
I workout 5 to 6 days a week with at least 1 day off for recovery. I love to incorporate running, yoga, weight lifting, and interval training at a place called OrangeTheory (so addicting..look it up!).
I am a Colorado native and greatly enjoy all the state has to offer.
I love being active including playing volleyball and hiking! I am also love to watch football and am a huge Denver Broncos fan!
