    I was getting really upset today because Ive been working really hard and not seeing results, but I was reading the scale wrong cause its in stones not pounds and I was converting it wrong, So my partner helped me figure it out .. haha but im in pain today, did a fitness challenge yesterday and those sqauts really took their toll lol!

    But yay!:)

    Hey! I saw your comments in the 20somethings group. I do the lesie sansome videos, my favorite is the fast and firm video with the band. I swear to God that works better than those big scary machines at the gym!

Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you.
