another year....

I continue to struggle with my weight, but other things are getting better. I think its time to balance both! There are so many things that we take for granted sometimes. I can't tell you how many times I have told myself, I will start tomorrow, no biggie. Well, tomorrow is here, hopefully for the last time.

Thank you for your support! I am about to head out for W1d3. I started on an odd day so I want to get week 1 done so I can start week 2 with Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

We are n the same day I believe. Maybe we can be each others support through this. I haven't had too hard of a time other than the sever numbing pain in my calves. I can't imagine what is causing the pain but I plan on working through it until it stops.
