Hi! I'm Laura! I'm an 23 year old college student and I've been overweight since I was about 8 yrs old.
In January of 2008, a 17 year old high school senior, I weighed in at 207.2 lbs, my all-time highest.
That fall, after my 18th birthday, a combination of full-time college, working part-time, and sparkpeople, I lost 25lbs.
I've been teetering between 182 and 188 since.
I am now (10/6/13) at 203.
I'm ready to be done losing weight. I want to be at goal and not have my weight holding me back any longer. So I'm back, using the only thing that has worked for me in the past, SparkPeople.
Let's do this!
Honestly, I don't know what weight to reach for as I have never been thin, but 160 sounds good, but I think I'll go in 5 pound increments till I reach a comfortable weight.
-Workout everyday for at least 30 minutes
I'm Laura and I'm from Sunny San Diego, born and raised. I have an amazing boyfriend who is leaving for bootcamp in January. I love him so, so much.

Welcome to sanity on the No S Diet team. Not to say that there might not be some rocky times at first, esp. on S days, but it's certainly more fun than living on a "diet" the rest of your life. Jump in!
