Looking for help and motivation!

Wow! I just realized that I have not changed this intro for about 2 years!

I have lost 80 pounds! But I am still 200 pounds (plus now) I am down to a size 12 and I was feeling really fit and happy. I was disappointed with still being 200 pounds though. It was like I hit the 200 mark and started sabotaging myself. Thinking that I don't deserve to be a "normal" size person.

I have re-committed to this fight and I am going to work on the mental side. The emotional eating and dealing with stress.

I would love ideas on how to balance it all! I went from a 280 pound mom that never did anything for herself to a getting healthy, losing weight fitness freak mom that was all about herself. Now I am trying to find the right balance but I find that I am losing myself again.

Thanks for your comment on the "tutu" blog. The Team Sparkle stuff looks pretty good. Here is the thing, Annette is not going to know what she will do until the gun sounds. My sense is that she will GO! Oxygen is a drug for a high-altitude runner. And they have oxygen down there in Florida.

I did the Long Scraggy 4.25 mile trail race this year with a partially torn ACL. I was going to walk a 1.5 mile loop that was the walking portion of the race. But when the starter said "go", I went! I couldn't help myself.

Annette is the same way.
