The New Normal

My philosophy: I believe that if we make small, conscious changes daily, we will create new habits. This becomes our "new normal" - a healthy life worth living.

Some things I learned along the way:
- Old Ladies Inspire Me More than Bikinis
- Eating Breakfast Is Better for My Career
