We moved from Ohio to Denver CO and this summer moved to Baltimore. I am back in school studying health policy. I have recently discovered Bikram yoga and am IN LOVE with it. This is my 3rd week of 6 days a week. I got a stress fracture last fall and have been having a hard time getting back into exercising...after the move I got into the groove again but felt like I was on the road to re-injury so I thought I would try something totally different.
I think I burned myself out on Spark a while ago but I do like how just going to the site once a day helps with my accountability.
Haha I am the exact opposite. I have a million goals that I want to achieve. I too though am struggling with where to start. I just cant seem to get going. I will start and then get distracted and move onto something new. I really have this tri locked into my head and will pry start formal training in March, but right now I dont know.
As far as food goes, I am doing my research on some cleanses. I am not sure if i want to do one or not. I am looking at the blueprint cleanse to get started. Then from there I want to focus on eating cleaner! This is something that I am not the best with. I have also given up fried foods. I dont say no fast food but if i go I just refuse to eat anything fried. I think in the last 6 months I fave had fries maybe 3-4 times, and I do not miss them!

Of course I will be your SparkBuddy! I though I already was one of them :). I will have to bust my butt to keep up with your crazy spin teaching self! I am trying to get back into some kind of rhythm, but time is a hot commodity now with a little one at home. He is old enough now to go to the daycare at the gym so we can work out. I am going to make an effort next week to get in 2 pool workouts and get some running in. I want to do a sprint tri next spring so i need to establish some kind of base again!
