Hey we soke a while ago about us both liking soda. How are you going without it? I am having trouble giving it up again but I know I need to as it makes me eat s much more and crave etc hope all is going well with you xx

Hope you're having a great Sunday and doing something you really enjoy.
I'm mostly taking it easy this afternoon. I worked in the house this morning plus got in my exercise, so plan to curl up with a good book later on. emoticon emoticon emoticon
