Hi Laura! Are I in Australia? I have family and Bikram friends there too, but have never been - yet!

I lost weight for sure with Bikram and I've seen many others do so too. I lost the most weight when I ate Low Fear Raw Vegan and went to Bikram regularly. It was amazing. I felt so clean and free.

If you want, come check poor the Low Feat Raw Vegan team here. I am Co-Leader and have having some great weight loss results. I know it would be even better if there were a Bikram studio where I live now. But unfortunately there isn't.

Are you in Melbourne by any chance? Please keep me posted

So far I have lost about 18kgs and have hit a plateau. I'm using Sparkpeople to help me move those next 18kg.
