I was just reading your post on Body Bugg page. Don't get discouraged. You have to do what works for you. For me what works, outside of everyone else's advice was snacking on fruit and nuts and adding 2 protein shakes during the day, and drinking half my weight in ounces of water.. Mid-morning and 2 hours before I work out. Also, One of my coworkers is a trainer, and he gave me 2 pieces of advice. First, was to detox my body..toxins build up in your system and keep you from losing. I think if you tried the 5 day detox that I did and took everyone else's advice you would begin to see the difference. Let me know if you want the details. The second piece of advice was to change up my workout often. Our bodies quickly adapt to what we are doing.
