My Goal is to get down to the low 150's or even high 140's

I had gotten up to almost 200 lbs and needed to lose the weight. I have Fibeomyalgia, so doing to much exercise was going to be hard for me. I worked with a Physical therapist to come up with some exercises that worked for me. I am down to the mid 160's now and only need to lose another 15 lbs to reach my goal.
