Good ways I have found to stay motivated so far is to: try to get as many spark points a day as possible because this forces me to blog everyday and post in the message boards. (I get a prize every time I earn a spark trophy and for ever weight loss goal I reach) Join challenges, but only ones i know I can reasonably achieve: this gives you accountability, but if it is too hard you might just quit. Also, I have subscribed to people's blogs if they interest me and try to always make comments on theirs and keep mine updated so I feel like I have support. It also helps me that my husband, although skinny as hell (he weighs a whopping 150) has high cholesterol and has encouraged me to feed our entire family based off of what I need to eat. The whole family should be drinking water and eating fruits and veggies, this isn't a punishment for fatties, it is just a healthy behavior! 2539 days ago
Hi there! U seem to have a good exercise plan and I know for me, planning is key! I follow a workout routine but throw in extra when I'm feeling energetic. Also I plan out my meals and snacks for the week a week in advance then buy exactly what I need on my grocery order. Then I have no excuse as to why I can't stick to a diet. It's been working well for me. Hope u have lots of success. We can both do it!!
