Started with Curves & T-Tapp, moved onto Kathy Smith, then to Chalene Johnson Turbo Jam, Chalean Extreme and Prevention-Chris Freytag. Then started 5k for Rookies program and completed my first 5k EVER. Now doing CLX/TF hybrid, 5k training and whatever else I want!

Thank you for welcoming me! I had the injections 2 years ago in my left knee and I think they really helped me. My physical therapist had them 3 different times and it bided her 5 years before she had to have replacements. Hopefully this could be an option for you. Have a wonderful day!! emoticon emoticon

UGH.....Laura, I have NO idea! I am in week 5 of CLX and it doesn't seem to be doing much for me. I think I need to do more cardio myself. I want so badly to get up in the am to do CLX and a HIIT, then in the evening walk too - but I know if I have nothing going on in the evenings, I don't make myself get out of bed.

Last time I did this, I did TurboFire following the revised program that Sarah made 5 days a week and I lost about 10 lbs doing that. I'm just so frustrated that nothing is happening. I keep reading all these spark pages and seeing where everyone is losing, losing, losing....then there's me. If I lost even 3 lbs a month since I started in January, I'd be halfway there by now! And I can't help but think if it's this hard to lose.....there's no way I'll be able to keep it off. I'm just at my wit's end with this whole thing.....
Sorry for the vent - I just needed to....well, vent!
