This is just the belly. My daughter is now 6 weeks old and the belly is all I will need to work off. I want to have a flat belly again. My belly fat is hanging over my pants and I really don't like that.

GOAL 1: I just had a baby 1 month ago and I found out that I am overweight. My goal is to lose weight and become healthier for myself and my kids.
GOAL 2: I will train myself to be able to run long distances. Starting with the speed walking.
I am going to try and stay motivated to lose the weight that I need to. I am going to be using my workout videos more often than I use too.
I am also going to walk everyday and work on my speed so that I can start running my maped routes and not walk.
