This is just the belly. My daughter is now 6 weeks old and the belly is all I will need to work off. I want to have a flat belly again. My belly fat is hanging over my pants and I really don't like that.

My Goals:
GOAL 1: I just had a baby 1 month ago and I found out that I am overweight. My goal is to lose weight and become healthier for myself and my kids. GOAL 2: I will train myself to be able to run long distances. Starting with the speed walking.
My Program:
I am going to try and stay motivated to lose the weight that I need to. I am going to be using my workout videos more often than I use too. I am also going to walk everyday and work on my speed so that I can start running my maped routes and not walk.

My name is Laura. I have 3 boys and 1 girl. I just had my daughter 1 month ago and I am now wanting to lose the belly fat and the fat around my thighs. I have been married for 9 years this St. Patrick's Day and just moved into my first home. I have been on sparks before but I couldn't remember anything to log into that username......LOL! It happens when you are too busy to get onto a computer. I do a lot of walking but I want to be able to jog or even run. I live in ontario, Canada with my family and I am the only one that is trying to live a healthy life style and without my family knowing they are living healthy too......LOL!
