Hey there,

Just checking in to see how you are going. 31 pounds down huh...that's a pound ahead of me, I'll have to catch up.

I do know where Timberline Lodge is, I go down to Beaverton for business a couple of times a year so I get to explore around the area often. I'm heading there in a couple of weeks (I get to be home just long enough to remember what my husband looks like) but this time I'm bringing my daughters with me and we'll head over to Seaside for a night afterwards.

I'll be weighing in when I get home from Manila on Sunday and will be planning on catching up to you :)

LMAO...I am so opposite you in the clothes addiction department. My husband has to force me to go shopping for clothes...I hate clothes shopping, BUT I do remember when I was at my goal weight (140) and I wore a size 10, that I LOVED to go shopping and buy new clothes cause they were CUTE and not "fat" clothes. I will be there again one day next year. Then, I hope my husband has a good job cause I am goin SHOPPING....LMAO.

No, actually I am up toward Mt. Hood. I am about 2 hours away from the coast, so its not that far! We are actually about 35 minutes away from SkiBowl and 45 minutes from Timberline Lodge (if you know where those are).

I have to admit, I can't wait to wear heels again...its been over 6 years since I was able to wear any, I think it will only be a matter of months before I can wear them again!

Hey there Laura,

First of all, life without extra knees...nice.

Second, the clothes. I have to admit. My name is Tami and I am a clothes addict. I could blame working in retail for too many years and always having too many clothes. I could blame travelling to overseas places where you can buy designer clothes at a fraction of the price. I could even blame having a husband that just keeps my pedestal polished and just laughs at my addiction. But I just love having new clothes, I like the feeling of putting on a new suit when I head off for another meeting. My newest addiction is handbags. That's it...time to go shopping.

I notice you live in Oregon, one of my favourite places to shop (no tax). Are you close to the coast?
