Learning how to adjust
Just learned I have Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue and ended a 3yr r/ship, so I'm adjusting mentally and physically with a lot of downers in the past 7mths. From cycling 20K a day, to struggling to walk around the block is a real come-down, but I'm trying. I'd love to talk with others dealing with Fibro and come up with a really good exercise plan that inspires.
