Happy Friday!!!!! I hope you have a terrific day! I'm walking on freakin air - I'm down to 255.6, I can't believe it but I'm super excited about it. I know that I'm eating the best I have since being on spark - before when I lost it was from moving and cutting out crap I was eating. Now I'm really focused on eating smaller portions, measuring EVERYTHING I eat, tracking everything and finally adding in exercise the last 2 weeks I've been within my calorie range and it just feels great! I'm going to make this weekend a great one - I stocked up on healthy foods, salad, kashi frozen meals, single serving frozen broccoli, and my hubby and I talked about meals - I think we'll be doing homemade pizza again this weekend for dinner. We're going to ROCK this April!!!!
